Order Processing:

Orders are processed within the timeline noted at time of purchase order. Processing varies supplier by supplier and will be advised on a case by case basis. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping:

We offer standard, freight and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs, insurance fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during invoicing. Amplio Supply Chain is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. Please request additional information or photos as needed before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at team@getamplio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the process, provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your  purchase order number and a brief description of the issue. Amplio Supply Chain in partnership with shipping carriers and insurance providers will assess the situation and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds or Replacements:

If your item is damaged or defective, and we determine that a refund or replacement is appropriate, we will issue the refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
